Speech and Drama

 

Working to follow the LAMDA syllabus through weekly lessons, for children and adults aged 6 and upwards, we work towards various examinations up to the coveted Verse and Prose Gold Medal.

I teach in two schools; Clevelands Preparatory and Branwood Preparatory.

​

Youngsters in particular can improve their confidence and speech, whilst progressing up the syllabus and gaining tangible achievements along the way.

Achievements attained through LAMDA:

• Reading easily, fluently and with understanding.

• Improving self-expression by expanding vocabulary.

• Improving confidence in speaking and listening.

• Memorising and recalling information.

• Delivering persuasive formal presentations.

• Creating and defending arguments, working successfully alone and in a team.

• Improve English language skills.
